How are donated funds used?

✽

Horse Feed
Our herd of 14 horses eats 3,500 bales of hay every year! At $10 per bale, TERRA pays local hay farmers $35,000 every year to keep our horses’ bellies full.
✽

Equipment
TERRA’s staff work hard to ensure that each horse has the unique equipment they need to stay comfortable at work and play. From winter blankets to custom saddle pads, donations help us keep our horses healthy and happy.
✽

Maintenance
It’s a lot of work to keep a horse farm running! Donated funds help keep our driveway plowed and sanded in the winter, our fences in good repair, and trails cleared and safe.
